Everyone has right for a happy future This projects’ aim is to help the Moldavian educational authorities to assure and promote equal access to education, good living conditions and social benefits for children in difficult life situations and with special educational needs. Therefore, the "Republican Specialized Children's Home" was opened, which hosts 59 children, out of which 24 have special educational needs. There, children are raised up to an age of three years, but those born with defects in physical and mental development or severe hearing and speech impairments are taken care of up to an older age, which is determined by the decision of the Republican Psychological, Medical and Pedagogical Commission.
